This 17.5-minute Self-Liberation Meditation encompasses three core Tantric practices: being conscious of being conscious, everyday liberation, and recognizing the divinity within you (which we will explore as the "the formless ground of being" or "quantum field" - the pure potential underlying everything).
This is a simple, yet profound method for experiencing the consciousness that permeates everything in existence, and how this same state of consciousness can serve as a bridge for embodied liberation.
One of the most direct paths to "awakening" is continuously accessing this state of being aware that you are aware.
By also examining where we have adopted limiting beliefs, thoughts, or identities that aren’t our own or that wouldn’t make sense to us anymore if we were centered in our own consciousness, we uncage ourselves from being unconsciously controlled by them. In practice, this looks like moving in and towards what has been lingering in our subconscious, rather than continuing to deny, reject, suppress, or bury it. This is the OG shadow work ;)
Active living liberation is to continuously journey deeper with openness and curiosity, exploring and getting to know yourself over and over again, and being willing to move toward what is uncomfortable, what scares you, or what may be hiding underneath.
What's also important to remember for the meditation is that your brain does not know the difference between what is actually happening in your physical reality and what is imagined. That's what makes visualization such an impactful tool for actualizing our desires; it lets our minds and bodies know that this reality is possible, achievable, accessible, and safe.
It lets the most primal part of the brain trust that we can SURVIVE it, and that we therefore no longer have to unconsciously block ourselves from obtaining it.
When we let ourselves feel on emotional and somatic levels that we are experiencing this desired reality NOW, our internal systems get "on board" with supporting us to actualize that reality much more easily.
The most common results after sitting with this guided meditation (especially regularly) are:

- Connection to a deeper and more expanded consciousness

- Greater awareness of where you may be limiting yourself
- Creating new neural pathways that associate safety with that which you desire
